  17. Take 1 litre Milk
  18. Get 1 cup Cheese (grated mozarella +cheddar)
  19. Take 1 tsp salt
  20. Get 1 tsp black pepper powder
  21. Get 1 tsp oregano leaves
  22. Prepare Strips Lasagna
  23. Prepare Strips (1 packet)
  24. Get 0.5 tsp salt
  25. Make ready 2 cup cheese
Instructions to make Lasagna:
  1. Heat a non stick pan and add olive oil in it.
  2. When the oil is warm add cloves of garlic and saute until golden brown.
  3. Add onions and fry until golden brown
  4. Add chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes on medium-low flame
  5. Add tomato paste and fry until a smooth paste is formed
  6. Add soy sauce and vinegar and mix it
  7. Add salt, black pepper, oregano leaves and paprika powder to the red sauce
  8. To prepare white sauce, take another pan and add butter in it on low flame
  9. When butter melts, add all purpose flour and mix until a paste is formed
  10. Add milk in portions to avoid flour lumps
  11. Add salt, black pepper, oregano leaves and cheese and mix until cheese melts and a smooth sauce is formed
  12. Now take a baking dish, apply some olive oil to the dish with the help of brush so that it becomes non stick.
  13. Add a layer of white sauce
  14. Add a layer of lasagna strip
  15. Add a layer of red sauce
  16. Add a layer of cheese
  17. Add a layer of lasagna strip
  18. Add a layer of white sauce
  19. Add a layer of lasagna strip
  20. Add a layer of red sauce
  21. Add a layer of cheese
  22. Pre heat an oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes
  23. Cover the dish with aluminium foil and place it in the oven at 170 degrees for 30-45 minutes (or until the top layer is properly golden)
  24. When baked, take it out and cool a little bit and then cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!
