Instructions to make Lasagna:
Heat a non stick pan and add olive oil in it.
When the oil is warm add cloves of garlic and saute until golden brown.
Add onions and fry until golden brown
Add chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes on medium-low flame
Add tomato paste and fry until a smooth paste is formed
Add soy sauce and vinegar and mix it
Add salt, black pepper, oregano leaves and paprika powder to the red sauce
To prepare white sauce, take another pan and add butter in it on low flame
When butter melts, add all purpose flour and mix until a paste is formed
Add milk in portions to avoid flour lumps
Add salt, black pepper, oregano leaves and cheese and mix until cheese melts and a smooth sauce is formed
Now take a baking dish, apply some olive oil to the dish with the help of brush so that it becomes non stick.
