Take 1 tsp. Red chilli powder
Make ready 2 tbsp. Ghee
Prepare 2 tbsp. Oil
Take 1 tsp sugar
Get as required Cherry for garnishing
Steps to make Veg. Kadhai:
Cut all veggies. Blanch potato cauliflower.
Heat ghee and oil in a kadhai. Add cardamom bay leaf cashew nuts, raisins paneer saute and take out in a plate. Chopped onion grated ginger, salt saute properly. Now add potato cauliflower chopped carrot turmeric powder red chilli powder. Kasuri methi ready Makhanwala masala and 1/2cup water. Cover and cook on a slow flame for 2-3 mins.
Now add chopped beet root tomato and plum mix well. Lastly add curd chopped mint and sugar. Add paneer pieces cashew nuts and raisins. Cook for 5 mins. Garnish with star paneer cherry beetroot plum pcs. Delicious yet innovative healthy tasty Veg. Kadhai is ready to serve. Serve with Naan or paratha.
