Steps to make Chicken biryani:
FOR MASALA - Take a big wok,add sliced onions till light brown.Add tomatoes,when it gets soften,add ginger garlic paste and chicken.After 10 minutes,add yogurt and potatoes.Now cover this and cook on medium flame for till all done.
FOR RICE - Take a big pot, fill with adequate amount of water, add 4 Tb spoon salt and all gram masala.When water starts to boil add rice and keep on stirring,when done strain them with a strainer.
Assembling - - Now Take a quiet big pateela and start layering. - - *First pour all the chicken with masala and oil at the bottom and spread evenly. - *Sprinkle 1 Tb spoon Kewra water over chicken. - *Sprinkle jaifal and javitri powder. - *Strain soaked Aaloo Bukhara and spread over. - *Now cover all the lemon slices with dhanya podina. - Now Add all the rice. - Cover and cook on high flame for 5-7 minutes. Then keep on dam for 20-30 minutes. Mix gently and serve hot with raita and salad.
