  1. Put a large heat-resistant saucepan on a stove, pour olive oil into it.
  2. Prepare a shovel and fry it from all sides.
  3. Put the vegetables together with all the other ingredients on the lamb.
  4. Bring to a boil, cover the pan with a lid and send it to the oven so that it languishes at 140 degrees for 7 hours.
  5. Remove it from the oven. Cut, strain the liquid and boil it to the state of the sauce (in a deep frying pan or saute pan about 0.5 hour on medium heat), pour the meat into them.
