  1. Heat cooking pan and add the cooking oil, and onion, garlic then saute then add pork and cook until light brown.
  2. Pour soy sauce and water then bring to simmer until the meat tender. Add liver, bay leaves, salt, pepper then cook 5-10minutes.
  3. Add carrots, pea and red bell pepper and simmer 3-5 minutes until ticken and saucy. Cooked and ready to serve. Enjoy.
