Transfer the pork to the plate with the onion and peppers. Reduce the heat to medium and add the garlic, sage and tomato. In a small bowl, combine the gravy mix, water, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and garlic powder; add to the pork. While the pork is cooking, you can also begin cutting your peppers, onion, and garlic.

The ingredients needed to make Pork and Peppers:
  1. Prepare 1 1/2 lb Pork tenderloin, thinly sliced. salt and pepper
  2. Prepare 6 tbsp Olive oil
  3. Get 1 large onion, halved and thinly sliced
  4. Prepare 3 peppers, thinly sliced. I use red, orange and yellow
  5. Get 2 large cloves of garlic, minced
  6. Prepare 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
  7. Take 1 lb penne pasta (1 box )

Mix pork, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and jalapeno peppers into the pot. Stir in the beef stock, tomato paste, garlic, salt, and bay leaf. Bring the mixture to a boil. In a large bowl, mix together rice wine vinegar, garlic, brown sugar, olive oil, and salt and pepper.

Instructions to make Pork and Peppers:
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Season pork with salt and pepper. In a deep frying pan over medium low heat, warm 3 tablespoons of the Olive oil. Add the onions and peppers and garlic and saute until onion is lightly golden, about 4 minutes.(I ,like mine alittle more cooked, so I saute about 8 minutes.) Raise the heat to high, add the pork and cook until nicely browned, stirring occasionally, 6 to 7 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, add 1/2 cup of the broth and cook until most of the broth is absorbed. Add the rest of the broth, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Meanwhile, add 2 tablespoons salt and pasta to boiling water. Cook and stir occasionally to keep from sticking, until al dente, following package directions. Drain, reserving about 1/2 cup of the cooking water. Add the pasta to the sauce and stir to combine. Add as much of the cooking water as needed to loosen the sauce and serve.

Bring the mixture to a boil. In a large bowl, mix together rice wine vinegar, garlic, brown sugar, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Place the seared pork tenderloins on top of the onions and bell peppers, and then slide the pan into the oven. Transfer the pork to a large plate and cover with aluminum foil. Pork stir fry with fresh green peppers (青椒炒肉)is the national dish enjoy the highest popularity on Chinese table, similar to tomato and egg stir fry.
