  1. Pre heat oven 200 degree.
  2. Remove plantain peel, slice and set aside.

  4. Spray baking dish, layer 1st batch of plantain and pour in half of the egg, layer final batch of the plantain and pour in the remaining egg.
  5. Send to the oven and bake for 15 to 20 mins.
  6. Serve with tea, oat or any cereal of your choice.
