The ingredients needed to make Moong Dalma:
  1. Get 1 cup moong dal
  2. Prepare 2 diced potatoes
  3. Take 1 cup diced yellow pumpkin
  4. Prepare 1 raw banana/brinjal
  5. Get 1 cup diced Green papaya
  6. Take 1 tomato
  7. Prepare 1 bay leaf
  8. Take 1 tsp fryed jeera+dry chilli powder
  9. Get 2 tsp Oil/ghee
  10. Get as your taste jeera
  11. Get Onion optional
  12. Get as required Ginger crushed
  13. Take Pinch Haldi powder
  14. Prepare as required salt
Steps to make Moong Dalma:
  1. In a pressure cooker take 3cup water, add the haldi powder, salt and moong dal.
  2. When it boils add all the diced washed vegetables. Add crushed ginger, bayleaf and close the cooker.
  3. After 2whistle switch off the flame. In another kadai take oil/ghee, add panchphutan 2dry chillies when all splutters add chopped onion fry tii golden brown then add the cooked dalma boil it, add fryed jeera and chilli powder and coriander leaves.
  4. Serve with rice
