Instructions to make Dalma:
Pehle Dal ko 1/2 hr tak pani me bhigoke rakhein. Ingredients me mention kiye gaye sare vegetables ko achhe se Clean karke slices kar lijiye.
Dal aur sare kate hue vegetables ko ek cooker me Daal lijiye. Usme haldi powder 1 tsp salt add karke achhe se mila lijiye. Then gas me 5-6 whistle tak rakhe jaise sab kuchh achhe boil ho jaye.
Then gas me ek kadhai garam karke usme oil / ghee lijiye. Then kadhai me jeera, green chilli /red chilli ko fry karein. Then chopped onion add karke thoda brown hone tak cook karein.
Then ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder aur salt add karke 1-2 min tak cook karein. Fir chopped tomato add karke 2 min tak cook karein.
Fir kadhai me boiled kiya hua Dal and vegetables ko daal ke achhe se masale ke sath mila lijiye. Aur aise hi low fame 5 min tak cook karein. Then garam masala add karke achhe se mila lijiye.
Then garma garam dalma.. Rice ya roti ke sath serve karein.
