Easiest Way to Prepare Homemade Dalma

Hello everybody, I hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a distinctive dish, dalma. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Dalma is one of the most favored of current trending foods in the world. It’s simple, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. They are fine and they look fantastic. Dalma is something which I have loved my whole life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook dalma using 10 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Dalma:
  1. Take 100 gm Arhar Dal
  2. Get 1 cup Potato, Pumpkin, papaya raw, brinjal, Banana (Cut in small Pc)
  3. Take 1/2 tsp jeera / cumin
  4. Take 1 table spoon Ghee
  5. Get 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
  6. Take To taste Salt
  7. Prepare 2 dried red chillies
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  9. Take As needed Coriander leaves for taste
  10. Get 1 tsp Roasted and grind cumin seeds and red chillies
Steps to make Dalma:
  1. Take a pressure cooker add washed arhar Dal, Vegetables mentioned above, pour water, salt to taste, turmeric powder and close the cooker for 3-4 whistles.
  2. Take a pan heat it well, add ghee, cumin seeds, dried chilli pour the boiled vegetables and Dal into the pan, check if the salt is adequate.
  3. Add coriander leaves and the roasted ground cumin and chilli powder
  4. Note- Any Dal can be used for making Dalma.
