  17. Prepare 800 gm chicken
  18. Get 3-4 medium onion…fried golden brown
  19. Make ready 2 tbs gg paste
  20. Make ready 1/2 cup oil
  21. Take 1 cup or 250 gm youghurt..
  22. Make ready 1 ..1/2 cup mint leaves
  23. Prepare 2 cup chopped fresh corriander or 1 bunch
  24. Prepare 10-15 green chillies or according to ur taste
  25. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  26. Make ready 3 tbs youghurt for chopping mint n corriander
  27. Prepare For layering biryani
  28. Make ready Yellow color as per requirement
  29. Get 3 tbs chopped mint leaves
  30. Get 3 to chopped fresh corriander
  31. Get 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  32. Prepare 1 tbs chaat masala
  33. Prepare 2 to roasted n crushed cummin n corriander seeds.
  34. Prepare 1 sliced lemon
  35. Make ready 1 lemon juice
  36. Prepare 6-8 dried plum
  37. Prepare 1 medium fried onion
  38. Get 3 tbs olive oil or 2 tbs ghee or butter
  39. Take 1 small sliced tomatoe
  40. Take 2 green chillies cut into halves…
Steps to make Green masala biryani…:
  1. First of all take rice n soak for an hour
  2. In big pan add 6 glass of water add 1 tbs salt and make potli of all remaining ingredients except mint leaves now bring to boil water….now add chicken n chicken cube cook for 3-4 minutes to make good yakhni. take out the chicken add mint leaves n boil rice….80 to 90 percent done….
  3. Now make gravy…..add oil n gg paste n cummin seeds….fry until brown n add chicken…. bhoonofy well until light brown chicken
  4. Now add fried onions and youghurt n salt….. bhoonofy for 3 minutes….
  5. Now chopp fresh corriander+ mint leaves + green chillies…..
  6. Add into chicken n cook for more 3 minutes
  7. Chicken was pre boiled so it will be tender n masala will be separate from the oil….if u feel chicken is not done add half cup of water n leave with covered lid for 5 minutes… until done…gravy shud b dry…. chicken gravy is ready….
  8. Assembling the biryani…
  9. Mix all ingredients for layering in a bowl except lemon juice and butter or olive oil (for convenient)
  10. In a hot deep bottom pan layer rice then masala and chicken gravy. Spread well now again….add rice n masala olive oil or butter….n sprinkle yellow colour…I didn't mix the color in any liquid… just sprinkled..
  11. Leave on with covered lid on slow flame for 10 to 15 minutes…..
  12. Yummmillliciuos biryani is ready….serve hot with salad and raita..
