The ingredients needed to make Corn Chowder:
  1. Prepare 4 slices bacon chopped
  2. Get 1/2 cup chopped onion
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup chopped celery
  4. Take 1 Tbsp flour
  5. Take 2 cups chicken broth
  6. Get 1 large potato peeled and diced
  7. Prepare 2 cups milk
  8. Make ready 2 cups cream style corn

Steps to make Corn Chowder:
  1. In a large saucepan cook bacon until crisp. Drain almost all of the bacon fat.
  2. Add onion and celery and cook until soft but not browned.
  3. Stir in flour.
  4. Stir in chicken broth.
  5. Add potato and simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Add milk, corn and bacon and simmer for about 10 minutes. Do no boil.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Enjoy!
