  3. Heat the oil and butter and fry vegetables over low heat until it becomes soft.
  4. Remove shells from clams.
  5. Combine the flour and vegetables in a pan. Cook it over low heat.
  6. Pour water and clam broth and cook it for 15minutes. Add one cube of consommé.
  7. Add clams in it.
  8. Add milk and whipped cream in a pan and boil it for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper in it.
  9. Pour a little parcelies in a pan. Serve it in a soup cup.
