Cut the chicken so you have 4 Cutlets. Coat each piece with Garlic powder salt and flour.
Add the Butter and oil to the frying pan on medium to high heat when hot add the coated chicke and cook for 4 - 5 minutes. Until golden brown then remove the chicken and set aside.
Pour in the pan the cream and scrape up the bits off the bottom to mix in with the cream.
Add the rest of the spices and whisk them into the sauce.
Add the chicken back in the sauce and cook until the chicken is heated through and the sauce has thickened. Add a little more salt (optional) and sprinkle on the fresh parsley.
Serve Hot on a bed of Spinach pour over the remaining sauce out the pan. A side Veg or as I have done homemade Chips.
