Instructions to make Potato rolls:
  1. Dough :Take a mixing bowl and combine all flour, curd, chilli powder,Salt mix well and start kneading by adding a water at a time and make a soft dough and cover the dough with a muslin cloth and keep aside for about half an hour.
  2. Put the potatoes in a cooker along with water and salt and boil them. After this, let them cool down for a while peel the potatoes and mash them.
  3. Stuffing :Heat oil in deep bottom pan add Mustard seeds,curry leaves, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and saute for mins. Add mashed potatoes,garam masala mix well and saute for 2mins and switch off the heat.
  4. After divide the dough prepared in 1into 2 portion and roll the dough with a rolling pin to make chapatis. Now spread the Potato mixture on the chapati and roll them. Apply some cumin seeds on chapati roll. Cut the roll into 1inch thick pieces and make it circle shape.
  5. Heat a pan add oil and place the potato rolls on pan and fry them both sides until they turn golden brown. (shallow fry)
  6. Serve with tomato sauce or chutney.
