  1. First we shall make onion paste.In a pan add 1tsp oil, roughly chopped onions,garlic,ginger.
  2. Fry until onions turns golden brown.Allow it to cool.Transfer it to mixer and grind to fine paste adding required amount of water.
  3. Now wash and dry bhindi.Cut bhindi to 1 inch of length.
  4. In a pan add 1tsp of oil,add chopped bhindi's.Fry until color turns into dark green.keep aside.
  5. Now add 1tsp of oil in a same pan,add jeera,hing,curry leaves. Saute for a minute.
  6. Next add onion paste and fry till raw smell goes.
  7. Now add dry spices like chilli powder, coriander powder,salt and turmeric.Fry in a low flame for 1 or 2 minutes.
  8. Next add water,mix well and allow it to boil for a minute
  9. Now add whisked curd and give a quick stir.
  10. Next add bhindi and mix well. Cover and cook for 5min.So that bhindi blends well with the gravy.
  11. Now dahi bhindi is ready to serve with roti.
