- Make ready small tortilla
- Prepare Eggs
- Make ready Black pepper
- Make ready Maggi
- Take Filling
- Take Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Take Chicken sausage
- Take beef sausage
Steps to make Easy quesadilla:
- Slice chicken sausage and sauté (u can use beef or chicken etc)
- Transfer to a clean bowl
- Repeat same for the beef sausage and transfer to a bowl
- Break eggs in bowl. (Ps: I added 1 egg)
- Add in crushed maggi
- Black pepper (or spice of choice)
- Give it a quick whisk
- Coat pan with oil and reduce heat to the lowest (u don’t wanna end up with burnt egg)
- Pour in egg in accordance to the shape of tortilla
- Allow to cook for about 1-2mins
- Add cheese
- Then place tortilla and flip
- Egg nicely fried and in place
- Add more cheese
- Then sautéed sausage, fold and flip until cheese melts.
- Repeat steps for the next batch
- Allow to cool a lil bit, garnish with topping of choice(i used mayo/ketchup and mustard)
