  1. Get 500 gms country chicken
  2. Get 1/2 lemon
  3. Make ready 1 onion (sliced)
  4. Prepare 5 Green chillies (sliced)
  5. Prepare 2 tsp oil
  6. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric
  7. Prepare Salt as per taste
  8. Prepare Red chilli powder as per taste
  9. Prepare 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  10. Take For masala :
  11. Take 1/2 tsp jeera
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp cloves
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp pepper
  14. Take 1/2 tsp elachi
  15. Take 1 tsp khus khus
  16. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp coriander
  17. Prepare 1 tomato
Steps to make Natu kodi Pulusu:
  1. Clean and wash chicken.
  2. Add turmeric, ginger garlic paste and juice of half lemon. Mix well
  3. Put the marinated chicken in cooker and add one cup of water. Cook it till 8 whistles
  4. Fry the dry masala.
  5. Grind it along with a tomato
  6. Grind it to a smooth paste
  7. Heat oil in a pan. Add turmeric and curry leaves.
  8. Add chillies, let them fry
  9. Add sliced onions once chillies are fried
  10. Add salt once onion changes colour. Mix well.
  11. Add ginger garlic paste. Mix well. Let it cook for 3-4mins till the raw smell goes
  12. Add the grinded paste and mix well
  13. Open the cooker and keep the chicken ready
  14. Add the chicken along with the stock
  15. Add red chilli powder and water if required, mix well.
  16. Cook for 15mins with a lid on
  17. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve it with Ragi Sangati or white rice or jowar roti or chapathi.
