  1. Prepare 1 . 4 heads of coconut
Steps to make Coconut oil:
  1. Break, wash and grind the coconut. Drive out the milk from the shaft. Add boiling water to the shaft and sieve out the remaining milk. Pour in a clean bowl and refrigerate for 2 days.
  2. Bring out the bowl and take the cold pressed coconut oil out and put in a frying pan. Allow to heat until the oil comes out and the shaft turns brown.
  3. Remove when the shaft has turned brown. Allow to cool, sieve and pour into a bottle. Preserve and use as desired.
