The ingredients needed to make Fried Cabbages:
  1. Take I head of cabbage
  2. Make ready Minced garlic (garlic powder will suffice)
  3. Get Salt and pepper to your taste
  4. Prepare 4-6 bacon pieces

  7. Make ready 1 teaspoon Vinegar (optional)
Instructions to make Fried Cabbages:
  1. Cut up cabbages…set side…Cook bacon…then drain, tear in pieces and set aside
  2. Add cut up onions and bell peppers to bacon grease and cook for about 5 minutes or until onions are translucent (bell peppers are optional)…add seasoning (salt, pepper, and garlic)
  3. Add cut up cabbages…cover if you want more moisture
  4. Let saute for about 20 minutes (10 minutes more if you want softer cabbages)…add bacon pieces the last 10 minutes
  5. Enjoy!!!
