1. I think y'all know how to make paratha so I'm directly jumping onto masala chicken recipe.. first cut your chicken breast into bigger cubes and heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan and fry your chicken on low flame.
2. Once your chicken turns slightly brown then add all your spices mentioned above..and cover the lid and let it cook for 15 mins on low flame.
3. Now increase the flame upto medium heat.and add 2tbsp of plain yogurt and cook it for 2mins once your masala becomes thick and sticky to your chicken then add remaining 2tbsp of yogurt and further cook it for 4mins or so until your masala becomes more thick and stick on the chicken cubes more firmly.
4. Now add your cheese slices into it and completely melt them so that there'll be more stickiness onto your chicken..now turn off the flame and u r done here😋
5. YOGURT: put mint and cilantro and all other spices mentioned above in the blender and blend them together..now pour this paste into the yogurt and beat slowly.add some chaat masala..and u r done here😋
6. Now assemble your chicken boti on the center of your paratha and put some thinly sliced onion on to it if u like and then put 3tbsp of your yogurt and sprinkle on some chaat masala if u like.. Let's eat together.. Happy eating to u😊
