The ingredients needed to make Rice Jamun:
  1. Make ready 2 cups rice flour
  2. Make ready 2 tbsp milk powder
  3. Make ready 1 tsp cardamom powder
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp ghee
  5. Make ready 1 pinch soda bi carb
  6. Make ready 2 cups sugar
  7. Get as required Ghee for frying
  8. Take 1 tbsp rose water
Steps to make Rice Jamun:
  1. Add milk powder, cardamom powder, soda bi carb to rice flour. Mix it nicely. In a pan heat 1 tbsp ghee, add flour and roast for a while. Milk powder and pinch of soda make Jamuns light and fluffy.
  2. Add 1.5 cups of water and cook until water burns. Mix it thoroughly and make equal size balls out of it.
  3. Fry in hot ghee on low to medium flame.
  4. Cook evenly.
  5. Add sugar in a pan. Add water to it.
  6. Cook chasni until done. Add rose water.
  7. Add Jamuns.
  8. Enjoy hot or cold.
