  1. Boil beans well until soft, about 1 1/2 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add onions and saute until translucen, about 5 mins.
  3. Add in jalapeños and saute for a few mins.
  4. Add in pre boiled beans and saute for a few mins.
  5. Add enough water to cover beans and cook on medium heat until liquid is gone, mashing beans with the back of a pot spoon.
  6. Add salt and chili powder to your taste.
  7. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mash with a fork, mixing together everything.
  8. You can mash it well or leave it chunky or extra chunky if you like.
  9. To refrigerate, flatten the surface out and cover with plastic wrap ensuring the wrap touches the guacamole keeping out any air.
  10. Warm milk and water in a pan.
  11. Add in cocoa powder and dissolve well.
  12. Add in cinnamon powder, nutmeg and chili powder and dissolve well.
  13. Add sugar or honey to taste and dissolve.
  14. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat and steep for a few minutes.
