  4. When oil separate with the masala add boiled and mashed yam and salt. Mix it well and cook it for 5-6 minutes on medium flame. Once it's done add coriander leaves and lemon juice mix it and switch off the flame.
  5. Now take a bowl add all the ingredients of batter. Add water as required and make a perfect batter. Remember the batter should not be a very thick. Now cut the bread slice in the shape of triangle. Take around 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mashed yam mixture and spread it on the bread evenly.Cover this potato stuffed slice with another slice. You now have a triangular bread sandwich. Just slightly press the sandwich.
  6. Heat the oil for deep frying and check if the oil is ready by adding a drop of the batter.Take the entire sandwich in your hand and dip it in the batter. Coat the stuffed bread sandwich evenly with the besan batter. Place the batter coated bread gently in the hot oil. Fry on a medium to medium-high flame till they are crisp and golden brown. Remove the crisp and golden fried pakora with a slotted spoon draining the extra oil.
