Take a pressure cooker and add in the mutton pieces, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Add 1.5 cups of water. Cover and cook for 20 minutes on medium flame. Cook for 2 -3 whistles in the pressure cooker.Remove from heat and set aside.
