Add one cup of long grain white rice, one can of chicken broth (or equal amount of bouillion). Remove from oven, and place chicken back inside. Brush both sides of chicken with oil. Roast up a batch, cool, and shred or chop the chicken.

  6. Rice. fork the rice to seperate with being in the fridge. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and peas. And finally onion. You dont have yo do the rice you can have whatever you want as a side dish.
  7. Add 2 tbls olive oil to a frying pan heat up and add the rice fry for 3 - 4 minutes mixing with a wooden spoon so as not to let it stick. Serve hot. Add a littke more black pepper at the end.
