  17. Prepare 2 tbsp butter
  18. Make ready 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  19. Make ready 1 small bowl chili garlic sauce
  20. Take 1 knorr cube packet
Steps to make Mutton steak 🥩:
  1. Take a bowl and put the mutton steaks in it. Then add chili sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, gg paste, chili flakes, black pepper, chicken powder and oregano. Mix well and marinate for 4-6 hours
  2. Take a pan with 2 tbsp oil in it and add steak and 1/2 cup water and cover with lid and cook for 30-45 minutes till it’s soft and tender.
  3. Then grill these steaks for 5-10 minutes. Keep aside.
  4. Soak rice for 15-20 minutes and then boil them.
  5. Take a pan with 2 tbsp oil, garlic cloves and chicken cube in it, then add rice, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 1/2 tsp oregano and mix well. Keep aside.
  6. Cut potatoes into fries and deep fry them. Keep aside.
  7. Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil, garlic cloves and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Then add sliced onions and sliced bell peppers and also add salt, Black pepper and chili flakes. And mix well and keep aside.
  8. Take another pan and add butter, gg paste, salt, black pepper and mix well.
  9. Then add flour and mix. Then add chili garlic sauce and water and mix well.
  10. Cook till it is a little thick. Keep aside.
  11. Assemble together in a plate and enjoy 😊.
