  1. Pasta Sauce: Mix all ingredients for pasta sauce and keep aside.
  2. Raw Pasta: Make an egg mix using salt, pepper and 1 tbsp water. Make one dough from white flour and one dough from multigrain flour using egg mix. Keep aside the doughs and unused egg mix if any. After half an hour, prepare one small dough using white one and put the brown one inside it. Make raw pasta adding white flour on it.
  3. Juicy Pasta - Step 1: Take a medium size Pan, add water and 1 tsp white oil to make it boiled for 3 mins. When the water was boiling then add raw pasta in it. Cook for 2 mins in boiled water and strain the pasta washing it with normal water, keep the boiled pasta aside.
  4. Juicy Pasta - Step 2: Add canola oil in a pan, add all vegetables and stir fry for 2 mins. Add salt and pepper. Add boiled pasta in it and cook for 3 mins in low flame. Add pasta sauce and cook in high flame for 3 mins, add required water to make a thick gravy. Add crust oregano and mix it well.
  5. The Juicy pasta is ready. Serve hot.
