Lastly get ready for the tempering take a pan add ghee to it let it get slightly warm then add garlic cloves first let it sauté for a minute then add in rest of the all ingredients sauté for a minute then off the flame burner then pop it all over the cooked dal & cover the lid to let it get infused in dal with tempering.
