The ingredients needed to make Vegetarian Momos:
  1. Prepare 1 big cut of plain flour
  2. Make ready 1 cup water
  3. Prepare Cooked vegetables for stuffing
  4. Take 1 Small Cabbage grated
  5. Make ready 2 carrots finely chopped
  6. Prepare 2 capsicums finely chopped
  7. Take 2 green chillies finely chopped
  8. Get Salt to taste, one tablespoon vinegar, one table spoon dark soya
  9. Get Tomato sauce
  10. Get 4 Tomatoes
  11. Take 10-12 red chillies
  12. Prepare 1 tea spoon vinegar
  13. Take 1 tablespoon dark soya sauce
  14. Take 1 teaspoon Oil for frying vegetables
Instructions to make Vegetarian Momos:
  1. Mix flour and pinch of salt in a bowl and make a soft dough snd let it sit for 1 hour.
  2. For stuffing take oil and add all the vegetables in the pan
  3. Add salt vinegar and soya sauce to them and fry until all the vegetables become soft then switch off the flame
  4. Let the vegetables cool down completely
  5. Now take dough and Knead it again for 5 minutes.
  6. Take small portion and roll it with rolling pin into a small poori shape.
  7. Add the vegetable mixture in the middle and make of to your desired shape.
  8. Add all the momos in the momos basket and steam them for 15 to 20 minutes on medium flame
  9. Serve hot with the sauce
