  2. Add in your mushrooms and cook them down for about five minutes while stirring
  3. Proceed to add in your pilau masala and any other spices you wish to add before placing your rice and water in and covering everything up for about 12-15 minutes to allow the rice to cook
  4. At this point you proceed to make your slaw as the pilau is cooking. Chop up and grate your ingredients then mix everything up in one bowl. In a separate bowl mix in your acv, black pepper and olive oil to make your vinaigrette and drizzle it over your slaw as the dressing.
