  2. Now knead dough turn the mixture on a work surface knead until you have a smooth dough
  3. Now wrap the dough and put it in freezer for 30 mins Place the chilled dough on parchment paper, lightly dust it with flour and roll it out with a rolling pin. Now make a cutter with the help of aluminium foil sheet like I made in pic
  4. Now cut more cookies with help of cutter and with help of skewer poke a hole at the top of cookies and place it in fridge for another 15 mins.
  5. Now grease baking dish and place parchment paper again greesing and place all cookies and bake on a preheat oven. Preheat already for 10 mins. Bake for 15 mins. Take it out after it slightly golden.
  6. Now melt chocolate in microwave for 1 min keep stirring until all chocolate melts. - Dip the tea bag cookies halfway in the melted chocolate and put them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or on a cooling rack. Place the cookie in the fridge for 10/15 minutes
  7. Cut a piece of string. Thread the string through the hole. - Now serve it with tea
