  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Brown and drain your hamburger meat.
  3. Mix the enchilada sauce, rotel, and taco seasoning into the hamburger meat.
  4. In an ungreased casserole dish, layer half the bag of Fritos, half of the meat mixture, velveta cheese (I cut it into cubes so it's easy to put everywhere), cream cheese (use a spoon), and shredded cheese. Layer again, and top with LOTS of cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
