  2. Let them cool before blending. - I have mashed half the pumpkin with back of the spoon and blended half of the quantity only.
  3. Take oil in a pan and sauté green onions well - Add chopped celery too.
  4. Add salt and black pepper to taste - Add pumpkin soup too - Let it simmer on low flame for another 5 minutes - - Serve hot soup
  5. Can add some butter too.
