Prepare Cheese as per your choice. I have used Mozzarella and Amul cheese Cubes (Processed Cheese)
Get Grated Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
Instructions to make Baked Paw Bhaji Lasagne:
Take All the Vegetables. Wash it thoroughly and then boil it.
Take butter In a Kadahi, Put zeera in it and fry for 2 mins. - 2. Now add chopped Green chillies and Ginger in butter and fry. - 3.Add chopped tomatoes to it.
Add All spices to it. Fry till oil separated from tomato. - 5. Add boil vegetables to it and mix it.
Mash all the vegetables. Add water if required. - 7. Add lemon juice to it. Mix it. - Quick recap
Take Butter in a bowl and chopped Dhaniya. Mix both, our flavored Butter is ready
For White Sauce - Take butter in a pan, put maida to it. Roast for 2 min then turn off the flame. - 11. Add milk slowly slowly to it while whisking and then again switch on the gas. boil it for 4-5 min and then switch off the flame - 12. Add salt, black pepper to it. Mix it. White sauce is ready. - - 13. Grate the Cottage cheese (Paneer) and keep aside.
Grate cheese and keep aside. - 15. Tawa on a Gas, fry the Paw with flavored butter. - All the ingredients are ready for assembling.
In any Oven safe dish. Put a layer of Paw in it. - 17. Then add some bhaji to it. - 18. Put grated paneer to it and sprinkle paw bhaji masala.
Put a layer of white sauce to it. - 20. A layer of grated cheese. - 21. Again same layering.
On final layer put the upper part of paw. Grated paneer, white sauce, cheese, fresj coriiander, butter. - Bake at 180 c for 10-15 min or till cheese melts.
