Instructions to make Egg Curry Recipe:
  1. Take 5 Boiled eggs, discard the shell and make few slits. Heat a pan with oil and add turmeric, chilli powder and salt. Then add 5 boiled eggs and saute for a couple of minutes on a medium flame.
  2. To make gravy, heat another pan with oil and add cinnamon stick, cloves and cardamon. After that, add chopped onions and salt to taste. Saute till onions become golden.
  3. Add green chilies, ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes and cook them till everything turns into a paste. Add masalas- turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and gram masala.
  4. Add enough water and allow the curry to cook for some time.
  5. In a blender, add grated coconut and some water and grind it to a fine paste. Then add coconut milk to the curry and let it cook for few minutes.
  6. Once the curry comes to a boil, add in the seasoned eggs and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and turn off the gas; ready to serve.
