  1. Pehle aik pan me oil garam karein r pyaaz slice kar ke fry kar lai jab pyaaz fry hojai toh usme lehsan r adraak ka paste dalin r fry karein pher usme chicken daal ke fry karein jab tak chicken ka colour change hojai pher dhak kar rakh dai thore dair slow flame per take chicken apna pani chor de.
  2. Jab chicken apna pani chor de toh uske thora fry karein r sath he sare masale daal de: laal mirchi powder,haldi powder,sokha dhaniya r namak daal kar chicken ko bhoone pher dahi daal dai thora bhoone jab chicken bhoon jai toh usme pani daal kar galne ke lye rakh de halki anch per, pani itna dale ke chicken gal jai.
  3. Jab chicken ache trha gal jai toh pani khushk kar le r chicken ko ghott lain.
  4. Ab aik pan me pani dale or usme gandum ko ubaal lai, pher aik alaag pan me baki sare dalain:chane ke daal,chawal,maash ke daal,masoor ke daal,moong ke daal,lrhar ke daal, namak r haldi powder dal kar ubaal lai, jab sare dalain r gandum ache trha gaal jai toh use bhe ghott lain.
  5. Ghotti hue sare dalain or gandum ko chicken main mila lain or takreban 15min tak halki anch per pakai,jab haleem pak jai toh end me usme garam masala daal dai.
  6. Chicken Haleem tiyar hai.tandoor ki ya naan ke sath and haleem ke lawazmat fry piyaz, baerrk kati hoi adrak, bareek kata howa hara dhaniya and hari mirch,and leemo ke sath sarv karain
