  1. Mince vegetables and chop tomato roughly. You can put more chili powder to taste.
  2. Mix half of the minced vegetables and fish sauce in quail eggs.
  3. Fry garlic, ginger and shallot with vegetable oil until it turns nice smell and good golden brown. Then add onion and fry.
  4. Add quail eggs and continue frying.
  5. Add tomato and continue stirring until thickened. And here putting a pinch of sugar makes delicious.
