Fried rice is one of the most popular of current trending meals in the world. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. It is enjoyed by millions daily. They are fine and they look wonderful. Fried rice is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have fried rice using 8 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Fried rice:
  1. Take 500 gms cooked rice
  2. Take 200 gms mix frozen mix vegetables
  3. Prepare 1 large finely chopped onion
  4. Take 1 tbsp Cummin seeds
  5. Take 1 red chilli
  6. Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Take some curry leaves
  8. Make ready to taste Salt
Instructions to make Fried rice:
  1. In a pan add Cumin seeds, then add onions and curry leaves, chilli then add mix vegetables add salt to taste.. cook it to 4 to 5 minutes then add a little turmeric powder stir for few seconds.
  2. Add rice to it stir for and cover it for 2 minutes uncover then stir and it's ready to serve hot with chutney and salad
