  7. Close the lid, set knob to sealing mode (facing back) and then cook on low pressure (press cancel, manual and the pressure to adjust low or high pressure) for 1 minute. Quick release the pressure.
  8. Open the lid once all the steam is out and mix well
  9. Adjust salt if required and add sugar (optional) and garnish with cilantro
