Take a bowl,mash the patato and daal with all the spices and mix it well to make a round kabab shape, keep aside.
Heat oil dip the kabas in egg fry the kababs until it becomes golden brown, now beat the eggs with lit red chilli powder and pinch of salt add it and fry it on pan, now toast the buns with little butter spread on it.
Now spread the mayo, kababs, cabbage and onions and eggs to make a layer, then add ketchup/ mint chutney cover it with the next bund and toast it lightly.
