  1. Make ready 1 favorite meatloaf or meatball recipe
  2. Take Hashbrown patties to fit edges of your baking dish
  3. Make ready 1 zucchini sliced & optional
  4. Get Alfredo sauce for topping
Instructions to make Meatloaf gratin:
  1. I lined the cake pan with hashbrown patties.
  2. I formed mini meatloaves or could be meatballs. Set on on the hashbrown patties
  3. Set the zucchini slices between the loaves.
  4. Topped with mixture of creme fraiche & bottled Alfredo sauce
  5. Topped pan with aluminum foil and bake until meatloaf is thoroughly cooked. I used thermometer until 190 but I am no expert.
  6. Take off foil & let rest a couple minutes. Great with a simple salad or veggies of choice.
