The ingredients needed to make Summer Salad:
  1. Get 200 g green bits
  2. Make ready 1 pear
  3. Get 1 avocado
  4. Get 40-50 g raisins
  5. Take 10 cherry tomatoes
  6. Make ready 20-30 blueberries
  7. Take 100 g goat cheese
  8. Prepare 50 g walnuts
  9. Take Olive oil
Instructions to make Summer Salad:
  1. Wash all the ingredients
  2. Add abundant olive oil to the green bits in a bowl and remove to spread it. Add a pinch of salt if you want but none is really needed.
  3. Separate the green bits in the dishes. Mince the goat cheese and sprinkle it over the dishes.
  4. Cut the tomato cherries in half, peel the pear and the avocado and cut them into thin slices.
  5. Add pear and the avocado at the side of the dish, then use the walnut, blueberries, raisins and cherry tomatoes to decorate. Serve before the avocado gets brownish.
