  1. Heat the pan with 1tbsp of butter. Slightly sauté the chopped pumpkins for 2mins. Add 3 cups of water. Cover and cook till it become soft.
  2. Once the pumpkin cooks well, allow to cool slightly. Use the hand blender or mixer jar to make it a smooth paste. Add some water, salt to taste & green peas. Boil it for 5 mins.
  3. Boil till it becomes creamy. Finally, add 1/2tsp of pepper powder. Now the creamy and delicious pumpkin soup is ready to serve.
  4. You can add 1tsp fresh cream on top and serve. (optional)
