  6. Zest a lemon and squeeze out the juice(two lemons). Add into the mixture. Add in the whipping cream and our lemon mixture is done.
  7. Sieve the mixture and pour it into our tart. Bake it at 120℃ for 20 minutes.

Spoon lemon curd into tart shell, and smooth the top. Cover edges with foil, if necessary, to prevent over-browning. This Creamy Lemon Tart is the perfect balance of sweet and tart!
