  1. Prepare 2 cups raw jackfruit pieces
  2. Get 3-4 tbsp corn flour
  3. Take 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Get 2 tsp turmeric powder
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli
  6. Take 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  7. Prepare 1-2 big onion pieces
  8. Take 2 green chilli
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp china salt or ajino moto
  10. Get Salt as per taste
  11. Take 1 tsp soya sauce
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  13. Get 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  14. Prepare Half cup of water and corn starch mixture
Steps to make Kathal chilli:
  1. Boil kathal in turmeric and salted water for 15-20 min.and switch off the flame and let it rest.
  2. After that drain all the excess water. Mix 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, little bit of salt, corn flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.
  3. Deep fry the coated raw jackfruit pieces in oil until it turned out golden brown colour.
  4. Keep it aside all the fried raw jackfruit pieces.
  5. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a nonstick pan. Add garlic, green chilli and 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste. Add little bit of water.
  6. Add again little bit of salt, china salt, red chilli powder, and onion. stir it for a minute.
  7. Now add all the sauce. And corn starch mixture. Mix it for a minute
  8. Then add all the fried jackfruit pieces. Toss it for 2 min and it's done.
  9. Ready to serve.
