  1. Make ready cabbage
  2. Take peas
  3. Prepare oil
  4. Prepare Mustard seeds

  1. Cut and wash the cabbage
  2. Take out frozen peas
  3. Switch on the IP to saute mode and add 2 tsp of oil
  4. Add rai, hing and curry leaves once the oil is hot
  5. Add the cabbage and peas and then all the masalas
  6. Add 1/4 cup of water, ensure nothing is sticking to the bottle and the bottom is slightly moist. This will help with pressure building
  7. Close the lid, set knob to sealing mode (facing back) and then cook on low pressure (press cancel, manual and the pressure to adjust low or high pressure) for 1 minute. Quick release the pressure.
  8. Open the lid once all the steam is out and mix well
  9. Adjust salt if required and add sugar (optional) and garnish with cilantro

Serve the Patta Gobi Matar Ki Sabzi along with Khatta. Cabbage and peas stir fry i.e. It is also a no onion garlic dish, ideal for the upcoming Navratri time.
