  1. First heat enough water to soak almonds.Now peel them off and cut from midway. (Refer picture for help) Keep these chopped almonds aside.
  2. Now to make kiwi flavoured sandesh, mash paneer with palm till it smoothens. Add rest mentioned ingredients to make smooth dough. Make small balls of kiwi sandesh and keep aside.
  3. Now to make orange sandesh, mash paneer again with palm till it smoothens. Add rest mentioned ingredients to make smooth dough.

  5. Keep orange balls on midway or centre of kiwi sandesh. Keep chopped almonds aside of orange balls as shown in picture.
  6. Refrigerate for half an hour to let them set properly.
