  1. Prepare 2-3 zucchini’s
  2. Get Mushrooms (no shiitake)
  3. Get Avocado sauce
  4. Get Fresh organic cilantro chopped
  5. Take Sea salt, cayenne
  6. Take Grape seed oil
Instructions to make Alkaline - Zucchini Linguini:
  1. Cut zucchini into linguini-like noodles and lightly blanch in spring water and 1 teaspoon of grape seed oil. Sir occasionally
  2. Sauté mushrooms and cilantro in lightly coated sauce pan with grape seed oil.
  3. Blend avocado with 1/3 cup of hemp seed milk cayenne pepper, onion powder and seal salt. Mix with mushrooms and simmer.
  4. Remove sauce from pan into bowl and mix drained zucchini noodles well into the avocado mushroom sauce. Enjoy!
