Steps to make Italian Inspired Low-carb Wrap:
Diced garlic, onion, carrot, bell peppers and Mushroom
Heat up a deep pan or use a pot and use adequate amount of olive oil, stir fry the onions and garlic until soft.
Put in the carrot, bell peppers and mushroom, cook for a few minutes, season with salt and peppers
When the vegetables is semi soft, push it aside, or set aside if your pan does not have enough space. Put in the mince pork/beef and cook until brown.
Once the mince meat is cooked, mixed in the vegetables and pour in the diced tomatoes/marinara spaghetti sauce, add in some water if too dry.
Mixed everything and let it simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, checking every few minutes to make sure it's there's still juice.
Add in the spices, Mexican Chilli, paprika, Italian herbs and let it simmer for another 10 mins.
Add in few drops of Tobasco sauce, stir for a few minutes, and serve. To eat, scoop some onto raw baby lettuce and eat it as a wrap.
